Red White and Blue

Much needed 3 day weekend is finally here. Enjoying it with bbq grilling, eating and drinking.  Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend!

Currently trying out a messy bun with loose wavy curls in the front -- inspiration from my style inspiration, Oliva Palermo.

Attempted to make my own Phillycheesesteak sandwich for lunch.  Trying to replicate DnB's philly cheesesteak which didn't turn out as good as I was imagining it to be, but the BF said it was deeeelicious, so I'll pat myself on the back.   Note to self: add more cheese.  Baked (not fried) some crispy fries. YUM.

Ingredients:
French bread
Mushrooms, onions, and green bell peppers
Thinly sliced ribeye
Provolone slices
Salt & Pepper

studded top (urban), leather leggings (f21), cardigan (gap), DV heels

Enjoying the end of the work week with a must needed drink and appetizers. Happy hour should be a mandatory weekly gathering, much like Spain's daily siesta.

Wearing my new nude aldo wedges -- although you can barely see it. I love love them and oh so comfortable to walk in. Will take better pictures (i'm horrible at remembering to take pictures.  I always forget that I have my new camera phone with me)

Pins and Needles blazer and shorts, silk vintage top (moms), Aldo wedges

Cheap Thrills

I've been lusting over these Cynthia Vincent Wedges for Target ever since its release date last month, and I finally own the coveted pair.

I normally don't go gaga over Target collaborations with designers, but Cynthia Vincent practically knocked off her own design, normally priced at $300-$400, and being that wedges are in this Spring, I HAD to have them.  Granted, these aren't very extraordinary or spectacular, but girls gotta have  selection when deciding on an ensemble.

Happy Mothers Day!
Enjoyed the day with the familia with a nice dinner at Ichiriki. Yum.

Tiny Bubbles

Received Bitch Bubbly as a gift (thanks sum!) and opened it tonight -- bubbly to accompany my Tuesday night show lineup, The Hills and The City (yes, I watch them).

The back label made me laugh.
Good Night!
